ARC Affiliate Program Agreement

Per-title commission agreement — 25% of net proceeds

This ARC Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Amendment One Press LLC, a Wyoming LLC (the “Publisher”), and the person who signs below (the “Affiliate”), for the single title below (the “Work”). The Affiliate must be an ARC Team member in good standing; the ARC Team Membership Agreement is incorporated by reference. Effective date:  .

1. Appointment & status. The Publisher grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to promote the Work and earn commission on qualifying sales made through the Affiliate’s unique link or code. The Affiliate is an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or partner — and cannot bind the Publisher.
2. Commission. The Publisher will pay the commission above (default 25%) of the net proceeds it actually receives on qualifying sales of the Work attributed to the Affiliate’s link or code. “Net proceeds” means the amount received after refunds, returns, chargebacks, cancellations, discounts, taxes, shipping, and platform or payment-processing fees. No commission is earned on the Affiliate’s own, fraudulent, canceled, or disallowed orders. Sales are tracked by the link or code on a last-click basis within the attribution window above; the Publisher’s platform records govern.
3. Payment & taxes. Commissions are paid on the schedule above once the balance exceeds the threshold, by the method above. The Affiliate must provide a valid tax form (IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons; Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons); the Publisher may issue a Form 1099 and withhold where required by law.
4. Required disclosure. Because the Affiliate is compensated, every promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate/material connection (e.g., “Affiliate link — I may earn a commission”) in addition to any free ARC, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
5. Honest promotion; platform rules. Any review or endorsement remains the Affiliate’s honest opinion; commission never buys a positive review. The Affiliate follows each platform’s rules and will not post reviews where a financial interest is prohibited (e.g., Amazon bars reviewing a product you have a financial interest in). No spam, false claims, cookie-stuffing, self-referrals, or paid-search bidding on the Publisher’s or author’s names or trademarks.
6. Assets & IP. The Publisher grants a limited, revocable license to use the cover, approved images, and approved blurbs solely to promote the Work; the sensitive-cover “Special Handling” protocol applies. All intellectual property remains the Publisher’s and author’s.
7. Term; no guarantee; law. Either party may terminate on written notice; the Publisher may suspend or withhold commissions for suspected fraud or breach; commissions properly accrued and not subject to refund or chargeback will be paid. The Affiliate must remain an ARC Team member in good standing. No minimum sales or earnings are promised, and ARCs and assets are provided “as is.” This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and may be accepted electronically.
